I LOVE this planner! Last year I ordered the BIG size and the MINI size but ths year I wanted something large enough to add some notes but still small enough to carry in my purse and this is the perfect size. I love the horizontal layout of this one because it allows more space for notes or directions. I am 100% a happy planner fan!! The free pen that came with this actually writes really well and I keep it with my planner.
I was so excited to get this planner as it's the first one I've purchased in a long time. Everyone around me uses one, so I thought I'd give it a shot. I was still excited after opening it as I love the details, colors and the quotes, etc. Once I tried to actually use it, my opinion changed when I attempted to write to the left of the over sized center binder; it's next to impossible to write anything legibly. Then I tried to slide my pencil into the holes after my meeting and there are hearts in place of round holes. Cute, but it makes it impossible to fit any writing utensil in it, including the one that came with it. Looking for a replacement!
I am extremely picky when it comes to planners/organizers. It took me ages to decide on this one and I still wasn't sure. However, it is perfect. It's a great size if you are looking for something a little more substantial in size. The overall composition is top notch. The pages turn easily and are not flimsy. I enjoy the positive affirmations. This product could come across as cheesy but it doesn't. It manages to be uplifting without overkill. I love the colors. I love that it has personality and is not another cookie cutter.

Big Ideas Happy Planner is very nice. My daughter buys one every year now. I purchased it for her but found out she already bought one while shopping.
A good calendar. Does not use the same old pictures from previous calendars. The one thing keeping it from being 5 stars is that, while the weeks are separated with sheet music bars, the individual days are not separated by lines.
