Nice quick guide, was disappointed in all the abbreviations. Plain english without the abbreviations would be much better, as don't have all of them memorized and you have to keep referring back to the beginning of the book to interpret what is listed.
Very helpful for me as a new grad, but sometimes don't have everything I am looking for, but does have most of the critical resources. I use it alot.

This little book is quite helpful as a guide for system review, examination and documentation. It's too the point and not wordy with a lot of narrative. I have found it very valuable.

This book is way to basic for an experienced ED/UC NP provider. If you're still green, this is a good guide for you. I was hoping for more. But, my bad, I should have read a sample first.
I bought this book while I was finishing my NP program and now I use it daily in my internal medicine practice. I just did an I&D the other day and this book helped immensely with my documentation, H&P, etc. This is an invaluable resource, and I carry it around with my all the time. I recommend it for clinic and ER NP's who need a quick go to that you can carry in your pocket
