This cookbook looks like it was just random recipes typed up and thrown together. There are no pictures.. misspellings.. etc. Very dissapointed I was hoping for gastric sleeve related recipes but these recipes are just random recipes .. not sure how they’re healthy and relate to having the sleeve . They don’t even show the protein or anything like that .. some of the recipes don’t even list all the ingredients. Definitely DO NOT recommend getting this .. unless you just want random recipes .

I did get two books by Sarah Kent that do, plus they give a suggested portion size per type of surgery. If you want to eat health before and after surgery and not have to go to a lot of work to figure out the nutritional value, then don't buy this book.
I am having my surgery in 3 weeks and have read this wonderful book cover to cover 3 times. It is full of information and advise, what to expect and what to eat through all 4 stages, including before surgery. I would recommend this book to anyone who is contemplating Gastric Sleeve Surgery.
